Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana on 14 April1976. Ward was a student at Monroe Christian School, a Christian private school for children. For her secondary education, Ward initially attended Ouachita High School. She was later moved into River Oaks High School during the summer following her Junior year. She was also a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after the completion of her degree. At the age of thirteen, old Ward started modeling after leaving school and moving to New York in order to do so. She decided to pursue acting in the following years. She was the principal part of the cast of ABC Family's drama series Make It or Break It for the first two seasons in the year 2009. In 2009, she was cast in the role of Chloe Kmet as the mother of a teenage gymna. In private, she was married to David C. Robinson. The couple had a boy named Cameron.
